really good stay

positive energy smooth transfer friendly staff
the staff was friendly and helpful, always full of positive energy. santo was nice and cute. the air conditioning stayed on even when i left the room (thanks to their smart electricity system). they arranged my airport transfer smoothly.
The showers were a bit small. They were barely functional.

the room i booked was quite small. ventilation was also insufficient, and natural light was absent due to the window's absence. i found this unacceptable for a facility charging those rates.

Really good Boutique Stay

historical location effective air conditioning attentive staff ready assistance
I found the location really good for visiting historical sites. The Colosseum was practically next door, a really short walk. The room had effective air conditioning which I appreciated greatly. I also liked the attentive staff, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations.
The walls was quite thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

poor ventilation small room
The room felt quite small, it lacked good ventilation, and it did not have a window. Waiting for check-in was difficult because I arrived at 8 AM, but I could not check in until 2 PM. I was tired after my long flight.
